<p>Self-discipline is the key to effectively managing scope creep. We as facilitators are constantly under pressure to make decisions or solve problems immediately. We can't be afraid to say "let me think about this". Some people may see this as hesitation&nbsp;due to&nbsp;indecisiveness. We have to overcome this stereotype and use the resources we have to make an informed and effective decision.</p>
