Group think exists when a group is more concerned about consensus rather than doing what is ethical. This usually results in someone being harmed in the workplace. Sherron shared in a speech made at Small Business Day in Colorado that after the scandal she could not get a job in Corporate America; so, doing speaking engagements and writing books was how she sustained herself.
