<p>Couldn't agree more. One thing I do like to look for is the teachability of the potential teacher. Digging around for examples in the candidate's past that exemplify that the person is willing to learn is a great hint that they will take constructive feedback in the future. I also like to ask them to share about a time when they have made a mistake and how they dealt with it. It is is important to know that a person is humble enough to make mistakes and knows how to incorporate that experience into their professional development.</p>
