This module demonstrated to me how purposeful course design can influence the entire student experience. This made me think about the direct effect of structure, sequence, and clarity on student success in terms of creating a clear framework that starts with what students should know and be able to do. I also learned how reusable learning objects and consistent module templates can make courses more efficient, scalable, and easier for learners to navigate.
I will use these ideas to be more intentional in the way I structure my content and learning outcomes. Before getting into the materials, I will say a little bit about the general goals, the core skills, and how each activity relates to them. This will help me to design learning experiences that are more cohesive, purposeful, and accessible to students.
