This module taught me that effective online courses should be guided by clear learning outcomes, a well-organized structure and opportunities for student collaboration. I also learned the value of using different media and learning activities to keep students engaged.
In my teaching, I will incorporate more discussions, group work and authentic assessments, while using videos, graphics and clear rubrics to support learning and improve student engagement.
