This module reinforced that AI should support assessment without replacing professional judgment. It can help organize evaluation notes, identify patterns across student work, and improve consistency, but the instructor must remain responsible for determining competency and readiness. At Decolovers Institute, I intend to use AI to analyze anonymized rubric results and recognize common difficulties across practical projects. This will help us identify what needs to be retaught and provide more consistent feedback, while our instructors continue making all final grading decisions based on their professional expertise.
