It takes a village to raise a child, and a whole organization to graduate a student.

Working in a team which shares the same vision is really important to create organizational culture.

We are in the people business. The mission of the organization needs to be worked on by all who are employed by the school. The true Intelligent Heart understands that and wants to help the students and the school to succeed.

I think individuals in education should have the attitude of "want to" instead of "have to"

Team Work is the key to a successful classroom, work environment.

5 minutes of a bad day can ruin the whole day. Try to turn that into a positive.

I learned/relearned to ask students what it is we can improve on. because, how can we improve if we don't know how to.

I learned the value of aligning personal motivation with the overall mission of our school. Success doesn’t happen by accident, it comes from everyone working together, aiming for the same target, and embracing a shared vision. The idea of "Want To" vs. "Have To" really stood out to me. When we see our responsibilities as things we want to do, rather than things we have to do, it shifts our mindset and allows us to bring more energy and positivity to our work. We choose to do these things.

I apply this by considering how my attitude affects both the students and my co-workers. Whether I’m teaching a lesson or collaborating with one of our other departments, I focus on how I can contribute to our school's shared goal of empowering our student to succeed. I also model the "Intelligent Heart" by making sure that I’m always thinking about why I’m in this field and how I can help shape the students’ lives for the better.

By focusing on positive outcomes, reducing negativity, and working with an “I want to” mindset, I choose to create a more supportive and successful environment for both the students and the school as a whole.

organizational culture is an environment where all team members motivate students to succeed. Students become surrounded by coaches and mentors who create an environment where students are supported, and students believe they can be successful.

Knowing the goal of your organization is critical. To make a difference having the the organizational goals in mind helps to bring forth the vision as a whole.

If everyone on the boat is not rowing in the same direction, you will not be able to go in the same direction.

Positive attitude goes a long way when it comes to working with students and it all starts from the Leaders of the school. Negativity and sarcasm should not be happening among departments. Every department should focus on giving student a positive experience by working together.

Negativity will happen but how do you combat it? You have to accept it first but keep moving forward.

People will always remember how people treat them. So, keeping a positive attitude at all times will make a major difference.

This was very good

Campus culture includes the student.

Thinking and speaking with positivity in group dynamics will help encourage  cohesiveness and in term community

Stay positive!

Positivity is important in keeping students self-motivated.

The culture of the institution is a driving force to success. It is very important that each of the departments understand that they are apart of a whole working to educate students. None of us are in a silo.
