Admissions Staff Training Program
I learned that the Florida Commission for Independent Education requires that all staff complete approved training. This refers admission/recruiting staff. Admissions representatives can only work for licensed institutions, and the purpose of admissions representatives is to provide accurate information to prospective students. There are specific titles that admissions can utilize, and admissions representatives cannot push an applicant to enroll by offering bonuses or special discounts. We as admissions representative have to complete approved training. Our license has to be reviewed every year since the agent license is only good for one year.
