Once a structure is in place, we need to determine what places we are lacking in WBL implementation. Teachers who will be coordinators need to be compensated. 

Safety is so important and often overlooked. Students and partners need to be aware of rules and regulations and need to adhere to those guidelines. 

Clear expectations for both the employers and students is essential for an effective work based learning experience. 

You will need to create a network of partners on relationships built on trust, communication, and mutual benefits. 

It is essential to introduce and continually reinforce workplace and employability skills throughout K-12 education. 

This module gave me a blueprint to easily bring into my classroom to make sure students are being properly instructed on WBL as well as core curriculum. 

I will work with my district and administrator to make sure that WBL is being properly introduced and available to all students.

This module was critically important for my learning because it's just as important to get businesses and supervisors an orientation as it is to give the students their guidelines and expectations. 

 I think that it is important to understand the different evaluation processes in WBL and the value of using them to help student growth. 

I learned the the WBL Coordinator is not an administrator but rather reports to an administrator and has many roles and responsibilities.
