I have learned who stakeholders in effective work-based learning programs are and the importance of having a strong varied group of community members. The more stakeholders you have, the better the outcomes can be for your students. 

I liked the description of the different types of work-based learning. I think it's important to realize that there are different methods to deliver real life experience and exploration of career pathways for students.
