I believe students have a higher chance of success when instructors provide timely, constructive, individualized, and encouraging feedback on each and every assignment as well as participate in the discussions at least four days a week including one day on the weekend.

I believe students should receive timely, individualized, constructive, and encouraging feedback on a timely basis. Instructors should also be actively engaged in the discussion board at least five days a week including one day on the weekend.

Creating a learning environment that is both structured and flexible is essential. This means having a clear course outline, predictable schedules, and also allowing for some adaptability based on student needs and feedback.

Providing timely and constructive feedback is essential. It not only helps students to improve but also keeps them motivated and feeling supported throughout their learning journey.

Critical support from instructors is essential for successful online learning. Instructors should be proactive in offering assistance, feedback, and guidance to foster a supportive learning environment.

Create groups to have students interact with you and each other. Be responsive and responsible with your replies. Give them a chance to give you feedback on the class or your teaching.
