<p>@kanikajackson : I take pride i kowing all the studets names by the ed of the second class. It is not easy but it is getting easier. There is no magic formula, in my opinion. The best way is to have the roster available and match up the name to the face when they are busy doing quizzes or projects in class. I also ask them questions by their names so that seems to build my memory. Hopefully that helped. Knowing names is very important and should be integrated by all teachers. Students are more willing to work hard for someone they know or who knows them.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
