I really enjoyed reading about the Employer Engagement Solutions: Inspire and Motivate, Innovate and tailor, understand an employer needs and build knowledge, and collaborate.

I enjoyed listening and learning between service based vs mission based pitches. 

I will definietly implement the pre engagement preparation

I learned that it is very important to do follow ups after the event with: employers, students and volunteers.

I learned that it's very important in highlighting the positive aspects of a hiring event to potential employers. 

I learned that the followiing are very important for planning a succesful event:

1. Creating a budget for your event

2. Starting early and utilizing data

3. Utilizing the right tools 

4. Paying attention to details 

5. Conduct reserach and get quotes 

I learned that it takes a village to promote your events, so it will be very important to involve all departements. 

This was a great module! It is very imporant to show social presence and how to select your word choice. 

I  really enjoyed reading and learning about the different techniques to address motivation: Role Modeling, Affirmation, and Visualization.

I really enjoyed learning about " How to give Constructive Feedback" they are definietly great pointers that I am planning to use.
