stress management is important  to health and the well being of you as a person. excercising staying away from negative people and staying away from negative enviroments is a must for students and instructors to have a productive day. For individuals we never know what a student is dealing with especially underserved students. smiling everyday takes some strong muscles to do with individuals. As a teacher is having the ability to have empathy and understanding but sometimes you have individuals who have had hard life and are bitter individuals who know this is the only way to survive. the importance is how technology will help to facilitate learning and engage students to navigate through the course easier and in a timely manner most students are already used to technology with their smartphones and most of them will use cellphones in the classroom linked to the course.

having an outline to strategies your course you are teaching for simplicity for the students and your self

quizzes and assesments are self checks of  what you learned  it identifiers of weakness and strength where improvment is needed or not needed.

web confrencing bringing in a guest speaker  based on the course  is good this will also create interaction discussion with students  and guest speaker and instructor

first the student must have internet access and a reliable laptop or desktop and must have some skill to understand how to navigate on the computer. This must be a priorty with students and  by the instructor teaching the courses to reduce stress to the students.

Second the modules are great so students understand  each of the modules will help the students to navigate through the courses in a easy way so they do not get discouraged and having studente drop.

there are other ways to receive great customer service,if the employee of the store is not knowledgeable and you reconize it as a customer then you as the customer should not become judgemental and request to speak with someone expierenced you may not know if that employee is a new start and making a irarational decission in not returning back to the store.sometimes we dont know how to ask questions as a customer.
