Students need to feel that your teaching is valuable and that they will gain something by paying attention in class. You acheive that by caring and coming to class prepared.

The most valuable point I took from this was that instructors must model behaviors that enables students to succeed. Whether thats being on time, coming to class prepared, and showing your students that you care about them.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals.
