Its important to think of leaders that helped develop our skills... that connection

From this module, I learned that leadership and being a good manager are both important and in some cases overlapp.  But the innovation and motivation from leadership will drive better managment.

This area gave a better understanding how leaders are more than managers.  And leadership can be developed from practical experience and well as academic studies.

A good manger keeps driving towards business goals.. Good Leaders inspire people to collaborate and contribute.. Organizations need both, and it takes time to build these capabilities.
