No two classes will have the same learning atmosphere and Not all students will have the same exact learning style. It is important to identify on day 1 the atmosphere of the classroom and the learning styles of your students. This will assist me in providing the proper delivery format at the right time.

Ensuring that your students are confident in themselves, confident in the course, and confident in the in the instructor is vital in setting the tone for how your class will develop throughout the course. Proper planning and initial impressions will speak to the students on the capabilities of myself as an educator.

Having a checklist for all settings and being prepared to adapt for any situation is key when educating groups of people. Understanding your students while setting proper boundaries will establish the proper environment for productive learning.

Proper Preparation, Model Behavior, and Expert Knowledge will be the foundations for my success as an educator. These ideals apply to all situations in the classroom as well as the workplace, even for personal further education and technical skills development.
