Providing the correct information at the begining of a course will help the students to feel secure and displaying confidence in your subject as well as the student's ability to succeed will add to that security.

Identifying motivators for adult students can be less challenging then younger students. Ensuring that you always display enthusiasm for the subject and display competence while treating all students fairly will ensure that the whole class remains motivated to learn.

Having proper and timely assessments will allow an educator to adjust the delivery accordingly. Technology can help with this delivery as it can reach a wider range of students.

Setting standards is crucial for proper skill and knowledge transference. These standards allow educators to effectively create goals to meet the needs of the students. 

Creating a well thought out lesson plan will help to run class in a smoother manner that allows all subject matter to be covered.

Selecting relavent and accurate course content is essential for maintaining focus and engagement in the classroom. This ensures that the information provided to students is welcomed and retained. 

The objective of transference is obtained through constant engagement and empathy for student experiences and knowledge. It is important to remain a facilitator of information for students so that they feel comfortable and will retain more of the information being taught.

Proper engagement coupled with high enthusiasm can not only help create an environment where students feel safe but also will facilitate the learning of all students. This in turn will improve student interaction and satisfaction of the course. 

Creating a precedent for the course expectations and ensuring that social needs are met for new students will greatly improve retention among low motivation students while also motivating the class as a whole to work as a team.

Understanding individual student needs and the needs of the class will help to better facilitate a proper learning experience. This can be achieved by tailoring my teaching style based on the situation and the student.
