This module helped me understand that online learning had a rapid increase and has now become normal. Although it is normal, us, as educators must pay attention to certain characteristics. So that we are able to guide our students

This content was very relatable, and I like how it was a blueprint and gave examples of how I could achieve having a better relationship with my students

I really enjoyed this information. And I truly believe that purpose needs to be the forefront for anyone to be intrinsically motivated. I am a person of faith and if we do not know who we are in our identity, then we are not able to feel fulfilled in anything we do because it is not properly aligned. Encouraging others and allowing them to have moments of vulnerability allows us to support them in different stages
