I learned that you should ask other departments for any information that you can use as a resource for those specific departments 

I learned that we must make sure we are always using all of our resrouces to stay up to date with our programs and catalogs.

I learned the importance of keeping a checklist to ensure you are on the right track to getting the student enrolled. 

These modules are very infomational in regards to what you will be doing as an Admissions representative and/or Admissions department.
