Faculty's deep engagement with robust feedback enhances students' learning and engagement. 

Whether the class is synchronous or asynchronou would be considered based on the learning needs and designed outcomes of the course. If needed, synchronous class time can be incorporated  between asynchronous class time, like hybrid.  

Use of tools is very important in order to enahnce learning. Therefore, assessment of each tool should be done before implementing it.

Multiple evaluation should be used. 

Specific feedback on the assessment is important to learners so they can enhance their learning by correcting their mistakes.

Scaffolding is important and instructors should enhance learners' engagement by structuring discussion board so the learners will build collaborative community with each other.

The module consistency is the most important thing I learned to increase students' familiarity to the learning environment and their learning.
