Compliance is crucial to the success of any business. 

I like the village concept when it comes to taking care of the students. The student who is a late enrollment must get started very quickly and leave nothing undone to get them on track. 

I thought it was very interesting that a suggestion was made to take a picture of the students in the classroom and post it for all to see. This could be a motivational factor as the student's progresses in the program. 

It is good to have the students break into teams so that they can feel comfortable. This is also for those colleges offering online classes that can have break-out rooms for the students to be able to feel comfortable in asking more questions. 

The faculty has a crucial role in the retention of students.
