In this module I learned the importance of the keeping our resource notebook current/updates as a tool we can really use. I will apply this in order to always be following current and up to date procedures and rules.

In this module I learned the importance of staying up to date on organizational structures, educational programs, student services and the marketing of the institution. I will apply this knowledge to being a well informed live resource for our students.

In this module I learned the importance of compliance throughout every step of the admissions process. We must be detail oriented in our verbiage, explanations and expectations when navigating through the process with our prospective students. I plan to apply this by learning the course catalog, rules, and procedures in order to ensure a compliant and concise application.  

In this module I gained an overview of the admissions role and how we will navigate the process with prospective students. Learned about the Florida Statues and Rules pertaining to our position in admissions, correct terminology, and how to stay update with vital information. I will implement this new knowledge in every aspect by practicing compliance and recruiting/advising students in the right direction based on their needs and our institutions offerings.
