I have learnt a lot. The top 10 soft skills . I will not only use theses but pass it on in my workplace to help other instructors. I will also be able to manager the students better ,having a good understanding and being aware of my own baises.

It was very interesting in details. I learned a lot as it goes beyond the topics and explain more what each 10 soft skills entails.

There is a lot to just saying soft skills. It entails a lot and each area can be expanded into learning more and passing that knowledge on to others. I like the 8 common sense items and it makes good sense why and when we see students reacting to some teachers who are not really aware of some of the basic common sense rules.

I learn a lot more about soft skills and was not aware that it had so much than the few skills that most people know. From what I read so far ,I think that i will be passing and using this knowledge going forward.

We talk about the financial impact on education all the time and fail to realize that there are other challenges that affect education. I learnt the challenges facing education completion is the problem with crossing the finish line.

This section shows that disabilities comes indifferent forms. We tend to think of the common disabilities and forget that there are so many others that we need to take into account.

I have learnt a lot with these few slides. Students must be accommodated as long as they have a disability. If the college has any federal funding it must comply with the ADA laws. Student has to request accommodations from the school or colleges

I have learnt to use "I" when speaking with students.

I learnt about the times that assaults takes places during college times.

There are other ways to test student knowledge of the subject and not just paper/pencil or computer testing. Also students can use different ways to learn with different learning styles.
