I do presently facilitate more than actually instruct.  As a technology teacher I am accustomed to students using technology more. However, students are not in a strong practice to review preexisting videos prior to class. And this does show in the classroom.

As difficult as it can be, learning student names is very important to the GEN Y students. They expect it and can get upset if not called by name or called by the wrong name.
