I learned it is important to keep a resource notebook to look up information when needed. I also learned that every school is different when it comes to enrollment requirements such as transferring credits and marketing.

I learned there are different forms of marketing for the school. It is up to the school to determine which one suits them. It is also good to have an idea of what the school offers and maybe sit in on a class so you have an idea of what it is like. This is not to scare the student but to help you, as a n admin rep get to understand the class from t he student's point of view.

What I learned from this module is that there is a way for the enrollment process should go. I also learned that there are requirements for enrolling an applicant properly. It is good to review the catalog from the school to make sure you are giving the correct information especially when it comes to financial aide.

What I have learned is that I have to be specific in how I represent myself. I cannot use titles such a advisor or counselor. I also learned that I need to get acclimated to my school's policies. It is also good to keep a notebook with at least the different terms used in education.
