I think that I went into this lecture thinking about social media being a casual form of marketing, but there is so much that goes into it. It is constantly changing and needs to be frequently evaluated and adjusted. 

I learned that we need to come up with an effective strategy and designate an individual to run our socials. 

I think the sustainability checklist will be very helpful to implement and follow.
