Feedback whether positive or negative can help an instructor know how their teaching skills are.  And rubiCSR can help access the students progress. 

I hope the rubic will help me access the hands on portion of my labs. It will help me access if they are retaining the material and be able to apply it in the clinical setting.

I think using rubies to allow students to access themselves- is beneficial. I plan to implement in one of my projects in my current class.

I feel rubix may be helpful for students understanding what is expected of them. Rubix may be useful for certain projects- which outline what each step of the project to complete and how the grading will be.
