It is important ti turn over the new student file to the financial Aid department so the student and parents know and understand their responsibilities , and options so far as repayment to the school!
The most important thing I learned is having a note book prepared, with the rules and regulations and roof CIE. Having the transfer information which is in the Schools catalog, policy and procedures manual which should all be in an easy access place!

Hi I, learned it important to know the institution, and the catalog of that institution. Also sitting in the classroom and listening is a great way, getting services and ect. I also learned that we can not advertise on in a help wanted af!
I've learned that the organization chart will help you identify the team of individuals at the Institution, that will have the specifics of what answers you may need for a prospective student!
I have learned so far, to actually realize that each student that I come in contact with, could be from a total different generation than myself. I learned that it's ok to text if thats what the students respond to better. Everyone thinks differently handle things different, therefore we must learn to speak to people according to what they can understand
