Having a system in place of responding to scholars questions, issues, or assignments in a timely manner will decrease possible problems later in the class.

Good communication skills and when they are done in a timely manner will help students of all abilities and skill sets.

A great percentage of education is relationship building. The types of relationships we build with our scholars is an integral part to the success of the class. The module gave great examples of how to build those relationships in an online setting.

Being prepared is a multi-level task. Knowing and understanding the institutions CMS is one part. Knowing and understanding what the student's experience will be and how to manage that. Proper preparation will lead us to reaching our goal of successful student growth.
