A course framework is important as it provides structure, clarity and alignment. It ensures that course content are consistent, well-organized and in line with learning objectives.

Incorporating review and reflection into the course evaluation process is the best practice that both educators and their students. It promotes a culture of ongoing improvement and ensures that education remains relevant and effective in a dynamic and changing world.

The importance of the word "creating" is what I have learned from this module. Creating a dynamic syllabus, an online community of learners, effective communication, and strategies to ensure that students are learning.

Incorporating a range of assessment types , such as formative, summative, self-assessments, and peer assessments, is an excellent method for achieving a balanced approach to assessment while simultaneously promoting enhanced learning. This module also reminds me the importance of providing students with effective feedback that will equip them with valuable insights to increase their learning and performance.

There are many different types of e-learners, and understanding those types can help an instructor manage the course effectively. Dealing with disruptive students can be handled in different ways as well.

Both synchronous and asynchronous communication are important concepts to understand. Synchronous communications with individual students is good to complete on a regular basis.

Both the instructor and students, especially online, should post a short bio about themselves to help break down some walls of communication. The instructors background in many ways can influence trust from a student, and an introduction video for example can also help personalize that experience. This will help trust to increase, and better student performance.

The best practices for online courses include several aspects. Understanding the CMS and how it works is a key element to understand. This includes everything from the class roster, the ability to interact with students effectively, and moderate discussions from lessons. It is also a good idea to know how to support your students by understanding the software and hardware needs to access the CMS, and also how to contact Tech Support.
