I've learned and agreed that educational institutions should focus on the principal objective which is educating students.

I've learned that for adult learners you as an instructor must consider other factors that affect them that may not necessarily affect a younger student coming out of high school, especially when it comes to retention.  

I've learned that by giving positive feedback is motivational to students and as an instructor is important to keep the four cornerstones of instruction like; expertise, empathy, and clarity in front of your mind for your student's success.

I've learned that unburdening yourself from being perfect and just being yourself will make teaching easier plus more enjoyable. Also, your students will appreciate knowing that you are in the same learning path, you have just proceeded further than them.

Showing enthusiasm is a crucial factor in student motivation.

Adult learners have deferent need when it comes to learning and identify in them early will make the learning environment better.

Identifying which stressors can be reduce and which ones can be eliminated by making a stress list will help greatly

We should identify stresses, right them down and try to maintain work life balance. 

Organization is an everyday task and as an instructor being organized, we can have more time for ourselves.

To break down "to do" list to smaller task set priority time limits so I can be more efficient.
