I took this particular course to gain insight and understanding of the “whys” to certain age groups. In Corporate America today, we encounter multiple generations with different view and perspectives that do not necessarily agree our own. I’ve learned I am a Gen X’er that identifies with views of past generations and adapts to the technology of subsequent generations. As the years pass, I manage younger generations and knowing more about their general ideals, concepts, views etc. it will give me a better understanding on how to achieving a productive and healthier work environment.
