Like with any relationship, communication is key. This includes body language, tone of voice, and of course words.
Do not call people on the list and accurately place them on the list if they ask.
In order for Potential Student to make the best informed decision we have to provide them with the most accurate information.
The biggest takeaway for me is, integrity is NOT an option, we need to have the best interest for the potential student even if that means NOT enrolling them.
I really loved the quote by William Penn: "What is wrong is wrong, even if everyone is doing it. Right is still right, even if no one else is doing it." Integrity is everything!

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
