In this module, I learned that it is beneficial to explore different assessment methods.  This way, I can select the most accurate and comprehensive assessment for the students.

In this module, I learned that one technique to use if students are getting distracted, is to switch to another activity, which will help students regain their attention and focus.

In this module I learned tips on creating more effective Power Point slides, such as limiting the information to 3-5 points per slide.

From this module, I learned to think about the different types of teaching styles, and the different types of classroom environments, and what effects they can have on the student.

In this module, I learned the different types of tests, and the pros and cons of each type. 

In this module, I learned that as an instructor, our learning objectives must clearly state what we would like the student to learn.  Then, we would assess students' learning based on the objectives.

In this module, I learned different ways of asking students questions.

From this module, I learned that there are different learning styles, and when students are taught with approaches and resources that complement their unique learning styles, their achievement is increased.

For course revision and improvement, I learned that I would need multiple evaluations and multiple input from stakeholders to make changes to continuously improve the course.

I learned that when developing rubrics to evaluate assignments, the most important components are criteria and objectives.
