I learned that online instructors are able to help students with learning disabilities. 

Collaboration and communication are two components to develop a successful online community.

I have to learn that communication is the key to a successful class. There are different types and situations, the discussion board is a great tool to maintain engagement with students to avoid poor/lack of online participation.

I have learned that effective communication implies Conduct Code during online interaction in all forms, this could be a text message, email, or social media, it is vital to follow etiquette rules. guidelines to maintain healthy and effective communication.

Communication using different technologies and tools, such as text messages, media, or teams, help to engage with students and have better interaction during blended courses.

Multiple evaluations are important tool to improve the knowledge in the students, and feedback specific and meaningful.

The importance of rubric, I been using and helps to grade and in the same rubric the instructor can write the comments. And the assessment in order to improve the learning process and improve the  course also.

I learn that Syllabus is the key of any course and have more possibilities of development ,thi is dynamic syllabus  in three ways, that will help to students to retrieve information fast, easy and concise thru links. 

I learned about organization, creation of modules and maintain consistency, also the importance of scaffolding in the performance of students.

I been learned that security and autonomy are important influence in the motivation os adults students. The sense of autonomy could be enhance by selecting assignments and sense of security include doing groups of pairs in order to answer questions and being supportive and positive during student participation in class activities.
