By giving the opportunity for the student to have  hands-on learning and then listening to the instructor about what they were working on. This way they can come up with questions so they can better what and why it was done this way

I as an instructor engage in the hands on approach so the students get the real life  situations that they will run into in the work environment. Through this I ask questions to see if they understand how it works.

As an instructor, being able to work with students on different levels and using the domains as needed

It gives people the opportunity to take on new challenges and to make changes for their lives
