About me

Hello my name is Vern Henderson and I am excited for the opportunities that I have with the company. I certainly value the position of an Admissions Representative. It gives me the opportunity to assist with major changes in so many lives. I am a single mother with two children. One will be graduationg this year so I find this to be a rewarding opportunity to be of great assistance to my daughter as well. I look forward to continuing my education and experience with the company. Nice to meet all of you.

I feel that the training on communication provids multiple tools that will enable me to have much greater and effective comunication within the Admissions department and with each student. These tools are necessary in order to carry out daily operations as well as, to be successful whether in personal or professional manners.

I love the book that one of the senior reps put together for me to keep track of everything from appt sets, no shows, enrollments, etc. I feel that it is very helpful by keeping a log because it serves as a backup when you have become very busy with other job-related agendas. I also agree that donig the initial congratulations and keeping the students excited. Eventually they will want to come and visit regularly and they will speak highlyl of the rep that has built a strong rapport. Chances are they will refer others on a regular basis as… >>>

Sometimes people may not fee that it is important to continue training if they feel that they have a strong background in sales, but regularly training is essential to successful completion of every interview and enrollment process.
What do you feel would be the best way of representing your school?
I can see so far that it is of the utmost importance to become as thorough as possibly regarding training in the role as an admissions Representative. It is so much deeper than just enrolling someone.
Potential students may often want to know what the advantage is of attending a career focused school versus an open-enrollment college or university. What would you say is the greatest advantages of attending career based schools?
