Understanding as a professional skill is realizing that information is bound to be stale due to constant repetitions, it is good to check in with the student if they understand what is been said to them.

I have learnt that it is important to communicate using all the available channel to ensure the student gets the information accurately and to clarify changes in information immediately as they occur.

I have learnt that it is important to communicate in segments as not to overwhelm the student listening with excess information at the same time as they may lose concentration.

I have learnt how to renew my communication context to ensure I am actually consistent in my communication and also ensure i have a good energy when communicating.
