Eyes and ears open, I have had a no phone policy in the classroom for years. Now, I have to rethink how I can make it work for me.

I find that students demand respect as much as I want to be respected. It's helps with building the rapport between the teacher and the student. In turn builds trust to enhance the interactions between both parties for sucessful learning.

Using the asynchronous discussion is more effective than the synchronous discussion. When using the esychrouous discussion i need to keep it to small groups. Need to be clear and concise with content and answers while engaging in discussion boards and types.

Projecting my presents online and making a connection with the students on a professional level as well as a personal level.

My success of learning the new CMS system will aid in the success of the students learning the online material, as well as the technical support for both myself and the students. Knowing the content of the program, and how to use each function will be advantageous for myself as well as for my students.
