It is everyone's responsibility to ensure that the student remains in an institution. Channeling their needs ranges from the administration to the academy. 

Staff must have the correct orientation to be able to refer the student to the correct department. 

Previously I expressed that working with the academic counselor or support groups of the institutions, the situations presented by the students is the best way to minimize the stressors and at the same time help them to remain to achieve their academic goal. 

It would integrate an induction and mentoring service for all newly admitted students to the Campus. Through the Academic Counselor, develop a series of workshops to support students. 

I strongly agree that retention is everyone's job. But educational institutions have a challenge with faculty and training on this issue. Yes the administration has an impact on the process, but we need adequate input from the academy to address student situations.
