Feedback is vital to the improve operational and work setting goals. A good way to increase team building and rapport with all members of an organization. 

I feel our mission statement embodies the spirit of education and human interaction. Keeping up with the mindset of 'student-centered' will ultimately build rapport and connections that last a lifetime. I am proud to use these values to maintain a culture of clear communication, leadership, and accountability for faculty and students (cultural compliance).  

How have you dealt with employee conflict when your direct report(s) demonstrate lack of respect for your position? 

Practice empathy and relate to students while maintaining a safe, interacive learning environment. Always follow-up with late orientation and/or enrollments to ensure success of program, college or individual student. 

Success is observed, achieved and practiced through team work and leadership. Our staff/faculty have a direct impact on student success and 'setting the tone' for achievement and success. 

Having a strong structure and being able to enhance strong rapports and overall experience will lead to consistent and engaging orientation that will ultimately reflect credibility. 

Gather information based on needs, empower student(s) with resources available to discuss options. Ensure full knowledge of staff and interaction of students is always a meaningful or pleasant experience.
