In this module, I learned the importance of credits and the standards for how they can transfer over to a different institution depending on various factors such as the rules of the institutions in question, what type of credits are being transfered, and more 

In this lesson, I learned how important it is to stay up to date on your institution's marketing and departments to see what courses are like and so I can better convey information regarding that to prospective students. 

I learned about how important it is to have proper research done on a student before an interview begins, what guidelines to follow during the enrollment process and what foundations or organizations to keep in mind when discussing financial aid with a student.

Admissions representatives work constantly to build connections and asset our students in guiding them down the path that fits them best. However, I wasn't aware of all the various Florida laws we are required to understand so I am thankful to learn those. A person in a position like this needs to understand the laws in place to protect their students and themselves.
