It will take multiple sensory processing (auditory, visual, kinesthetic, physical) for every student to understand the material and making it a game helps to retain the information.

no matter what happens, always look for ways to keep the students engaged.

Make learning fun and enjoyable, have the right attitude (it will show). The students pay money to learn so they want to be here, that is half of the battle. Show them how to win and gain their goal.

Learning how to instruct students with different personalities, different learning styles, and keep them engaged at the same time keeping them at the same speed of learning.

Be prepared for the class, practice the demonstrations beforehand. Know the material you are instructing on.

Planning and preparation of the course shows professionalism and that you care about the students and their time. This keeps you on track of your day-to-day schedule.

Having a positive and upbeat attitude and knowing the material you are instructing on will bring the students together for a fun learning experience. Welcome every student, show professionalism in the way you dress, groom yourself, and your words towards staff and students.
