This module helped me understand that becoming an effective instructor requires more than knowing the subject.

I learned that students with learning disabilities are capable of succeeding when they receive appropriate support.

I learned that instructional support is important because students have different reading, writing, language, and learning abilities.

From this module, I learned that good classroom discussion depends on students truly listening to each other, not just waiting for their turn to speak.

During discussions, I should listen not only to what students say, but also to their tone, what they may be avoiding, and whether there are misunderstandings between students.

This module helped me understand that course content should be connected to the learning objectives and the students’ future work. The instructor should not only decide what information to teach, but also choose the best way to present it.

This module taught me that the first class is important because students begin forming their opinion of the instructor right away. Being prepared, arriving early, and starting on time can help create a professional first impression.

This module helped me understand that good teaching starts before the class begins. A course needs clear goals, objectives, learning activities, teaching methods, and evaluation methods.

From this module, I learned that becoming an effective instructor requires technical, professional, and personal competence. Having knowledge and experience in the subject is important, but an instructor must also know how to organize the content, communicate clearly, and support different student needs.
