I have learned to never let self doubt be the reason as to why you can not succeed in life. 

I have learned that communication, listening and guiding the helpees with several employment prep enhancements are crucial as a career helper.  

It is very important to listen and respond to helpees in a way that is not going to make them feel not important or frustrated. We are here to guide and assist, not make them rethink if they should have come in asking for help in the first place. 

I intend to listen to my peers and helpees fully through before I offer any guidance or help. It is important to fully listen to your peers to understand completely of what they are telling or asking.
