Online instructor has its challenges for students, however computer knowledge is key

I enjoy flipped classrooms. It also prevents some boredom in the classroom.

I tend to over prepare for class and I tend to be perfectionist so my "ducks have to be in a row" 

There will always be varying types of behaviors. I know cheating is a big one for us. 

Very good insight I have each of these students in my class. I like the stratgegies to address theses behaviors as well

Very informative. I have incorporated al lot of these strategies  into my daily class time.  Some I like like the pareer write down what worked or did not.
