As a clinical instructor I can engage my students regarding ethical reasoning skills to egage their thinking about ethical principles. 

Asking good questions is important for continuing discussion and encouraging engagment of the group. Additionally, allowing a few seconds for students to speak improves participataion.

I learned that I should be aware of my own learning style so that I don't teach based on how I like to learn exclusively, and that I should help students identify their own learning styles in order to encourage them to practice other learning styles that they may be required to use in their future workplace.
