I learned about the importance of time management strategies. I plan to block of various times to complete priority tasks. This will allow me to use my time better and increase my effectiveness and efficiency. 

I learned that a leader could foster innovation by setting the stage by making sure the environment supports innovation.

I learned all about matching. The act of matching is conscious, because it is a choice we make. I was not aware that this was conscious and not unconscious. 

I learned that 40% of people are kinesthetic leaners and learn best by being more hands-on. 

I learned more about emotional intelligence and how understanding and managing your emotions can build trust and stronger teams.
