Its a good idea to videotape you lectures. I've often wanted to do that but never have. I might give it a try.

That you can motivate students by providing them with the belief that performance is related to rewards. This would be good to structure some of the objectives around.

there are many different types of instructional components. I want to be prepared to utilize and become more comfortable withwith them in the future.

That unpredictability is the key to teaching and that classes change, and the need to be ready to accept changes and encourage it. I would like to become ready and prepared before classes for the changes.
